Local Share Assessment Reporting
All counties and municipalities receiving distributions of local share assessments are required by Act 1 of 2010 to submit information to the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED). DCED is required to submit an annual report to the Appropriations, Community, Economic and Recreational Development, and the Gaming Oversight Committees on all distributions of local share assessments (gaming funds) to counties and municipalities by August 31 of each year.
The Report Must Include:
- Amount and use of funds received by the municipalities and counties in the prior calendar year
- A description of how the funds were used; either deposited in a general fund or committed to a specific use or project.
Report requires a PA login username and password which is used to access a variety of PA sites and forms, including DCED's Single Application Assistance.
