Improve the supply of, and create a pipeline for, technology based industries in Pennsylvania that will require highly skilled technical workers to compete in a globally competitive technology based economy.

Develop and implement 2+2+2 secondary and post-secondary education programs

Education programs cutting across secondary and post-secondary education

Terms:

2+2+2 grants require strong business participation, articulation agreements and program guarantees.
