H2O PA - Water Supply, Sanitary Sewer and Storm Water Projects

The H2O PA Act was established by the General Assembly in July 2008. The Act provides for single-year or multi-year grants to municipalities or municipal authorities to assist with the construction of drinking water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer projects.

Uses:

Activities to assist with the construction of drinking water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer projects.

Funding:

A minimum for $500,000 or more and a maximum of $20,000,000 for any project. Multi-year grants may not be given for a period of more than six (6) years and shall not exceed a total of $20 million for any project.
