Please contact the Area Loan Organization (ALO) in your county when applying for Small Business First, Community Economic Development, First Industries, or Pollution Prevention loans. Because of this many of the business assistance programs, by law, require the applicant to apply through an intermediary. Through this requirement, DCED has built a good relationship with our partnering organizations who work closely with us in financing new and expanding companies.
Note: The Progress Fund only administers the First Industries Tourism SBF Loan Program.
