Under its Fair Housing Policy, DCED mandates that all recipients of federal funding post the Federal Fair Housing notice, as well as accept and investigate complaints of discrimination. In addition, grant recipients are required to develop action steps to affirmatively address barriers to fair housing choice within their respective communities.
