From Philadelphia and points east of Harrisburg:

Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike to Exit 247 (Old Exit 19) Harrisburg East and follow the signs to Route 283 North to Harrisburg. Take the left hand side Exit to Interstate 83 South to Harrisburg. Then, take Exit 43 (Old Exit 23) onto Second Street. Proceed through 10 traffic lights and make a right at Forster Street. Go to the 3rd light and the Commonwealth Keystone Building is located at the corner of Forster Street and Commonwealth Avenue. You can enter the building from all four sides. Once inside, take the main elevators to the 4th Floor. You will need to check in at the Customer Service Desk.

From New York, Allentown, and points northeast of Harrisburg:

Take 78 South to 81 South, then take 81 South to 83 South. Proceed on 83 South to the 2nd Street/Capital Exit (Exit 43). Proceed through 10 traffic lights and make a right at Forster Street. Go to the 3rd light and the Commonwealth Keystone Building is located at the corner of Forster Street and Commonwealth Avenue. You can enter the building from all four sides. Once inside, take the main elevators to the 4th Floor. You will need to check in at the Customer Service Desk.

From Baltimore, York and points south of Harrisburg:

Follow 83 North toward Harrisburg. Proceed on 83 North and take the 2nd Street/Capital Exit (Exit 43). Proceed through 10 traffic lights and make a right at Forster Street. Go to the 3rd light and the Commonwealth Keystone Building is located at the corner of Forster Street and Commonwealth Avenue. You can enter the building from all four sides. Once inside, take the main elevators to the 4th Floor. You will need to check in at the Customer Service Desk.

From Pittsburgh and points west of Harrisburg:

Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike to Exit 242 (old Exit 18) Harrisburg West. Follow Interstate 83 North to Exit 43 (Old Exit 23) onto Second Street. Proceed through 10 traffic lights and make a right at Forster Street. Go to the 3rd light and the Commonwealth Keystone Building is located at the corner of Forster Street and Commonwealth Avenue. From State College:

Take Route 322 South to Route 230 South (Cameron St.) and turn right onto Herr Street. Then turn left onto 7th street and take a right onto Forster Street. At the first light on the corner of Forster Street and Commonwealth Avenue, turn left. You can enter the building from all four sides. Once inside, take the main elevators to the 4th Floor. You will need to check in at the Customer Service Desk.

From Harrisburg International Airport:

Take Route 283 North to Harrisburg. Then follow Interstate 83 South to Harrisburg and take Exit 43 (Old Exit 23) onto Second St. Proceed through 10 traffic lights and make a right at Forster Street. Go to the 3rd light and the Commonwealth Keystone Building is located at the corner of Forster Street and Commonwealth Avenue. You can enter the building from all four sides. Once inside, take the main elevators to the 4th Floor. You will need to check in at the Customer Service Desk.

Parking:

2-hour parking and meters are located on Forster and North Streets. There is a parking garage located at the end of Forster and the 7th Street intersection – this is one block east of the building. Also, located several blocks away, is a parking garage at 5th and Market Street; you may walk north on Commonwealth to the Keystone Building.
