• Pennsylvania has the nation's 3rd-largest number of colleges and universities in the United States (National Center for Education Statistics).
• Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) is recognized as a world leader in business and engineering and #1 in the world in computer science.
• Over 5,000 engineering degrees are awarded each year.
