State Telecommunications Contract

As part of its statewide telecommunications contract, the Commonwealth used its purchasing power to procure aggressive pricing on voice and data services on behalf of some of its constituents.

Through a community branding public-private partnership model, PBB establishes a community-based platform whereby advanced broadband reach, access and adoption is fostered.
